    Yeah the Cavs are a borderline playoff next year without Lebron if they don't add someone, or multiple guys.

    Just because he published his blog early, or without talking to the Mariners/Griffey, still doesn't mean Griffey wasn't sleeping in the clubhouse during a game. I mean was he trying to make an analogy about Griffey's performance this year with him hypothetically sleeping in the clubhouse and published it without finishing? I mean come on that is a pretty big stretch.

    Save this for the next 5-7 years when Lebron signs with the Bulls. Just substitute Cavs with Bulls, Indians with Cubs, Sabathia and Carmona with Prior and Wood, and Cleveland franchise with Chicago franchise.* *Green Font Maybe?

    That superior court vision won't pay off unless they have someone on the team who can consistently hit 3's, something the Bulls really don't have right now. one of the other 3 guys needs to be able to knock down a mid-range shot (deng) and another needs to be able to hit the 3 (take your pick of shooters who would pay to play with lebron and rose). I agree guys who only real asset to a team is their ability to hit 3's would kill to play on a team with those two. I am just saying the Bulls better make it a top priority to bring in someone, sign or trade, who is a really good 3-point shooter if Lebron signs with the team.

Rose and James might have some of the best court vision in the league, but if the guys they are dishing off to can't hit a open 3 to save their life it won't matter how good their court vision is or isn't

    He's wrong in thinking that it matters very much that they wouldn't be an ideal fit... or would "never work." The cohesiveness of a Lebron and Rose lead backcourt would largely depend on who they have surrounding them. They are both tremendous at creating going to the basket, but neither (right now) is all that great of a shooter. If you surround them with guys who primarily are going to be driving/taking shots inside 12-15 ft. teams are going to pack it in and the results might not be as great. But if you give them a guy or two that can hang around the perimeter and knock down 3's consistently they could work out very well together as teams couldn't just collapse every time one of Rose/LBJ drive as they would have to respect the guys on the perimeter.

    Yep dude sucks.................. I am a big fan of Wells and don't think he should be taken out. But I think this team is still looking to make changes to try and turn things around if they are going to mess with the rotation (which they shouldn't it's been the best/most consistent part of the team) Wells seems like the guy who is most replaceable based on salary, options, and performance so far this year (which hasn't been all that bad). OK I'll buy that................ does Theriot get near any of the balls that Castro is making errors on? Gets to them? Maybe. Turn any of those balls into outs? No. So the baserunners would still be on base, just different scoring results potentially.

    That was a really nice ab from Ramirez, missed a few good pitches to hit but also fouled off some tough ones and worked a walk.

    Doubtful. All the language coming from the organization indicates he's playing full time. This is all part of the learning curve. Yeah I think he isn't getting pulled soon. If this shaky defense continues for a week or so then maybe, but I am guessing they are willing to chalk this one up to nerves. I don't even know if he gets Hanley at 1B if he comes up with that last one cleanly, however it would have stopped him from getting to 2B.
