    IMO Prior should have been pulled from that game even before the Bartman play... he was gassed and it was very noticeable. Dusty and AGon have a lot more blame for what happened that inning.

    Not sure if I missed this in another thread, but based on the Cubs.com shop and updates on wrigleyvillesports.com, it now looks like Fukudome will go with 'Fukudome' on the back of his Cubs jersey. This should make a lot of people very happy. I'll be getting an order in for 'Fukudome' jersey shirt shortly. :D

    With so many teams apparently showing interest in Prior, its really very irritating that Hendry was not able to deal him for even a low-level prospect. In typical Cubs fashion, this situation is almost guaranteed to result in him coming back and pitching ahead of schedule and with the same form he had in 2003. I'll be ready to vomit when that happens too.

    A thousand thank yous for bringing the Cleveland weather to my attention. Your Welcome! Glad that worked out. Hopefully, the rest of your team put up good numbers for you. Westbrook being a team player may have cost me a shot at the championship. I need a miracle game (~200 total yards and 2 TDs) out of Adrian Peterson (the good one) to overcome a huge deficit in my semi-final game. If Westbrook had scored on that last run, it would have made things a little more realistic.

    My WR1 is Randy Moss, and I need 2 more WRs out of this group: Steve Smith (vs. SEA) Lee Evans (@ CLE) Roddy White (@ TB) Javon Walker (@ HOU) I've pretty much ruled out Walker until he shows he can produce again and, despite being loyal to Smith for 14 weeks now, I really think I want to start Evans and White ahead of him. Thoughts?

    This is a pretty close call -- I would go with Palmer just barely over DA. The 49ers D has been giving up a lot of points the last 3 weeks (31, 31, 27). Additionally, this time of year weather starts to factor into close decisions for me. Its projected to be cold, windy, and snowy this weekend in Cleveland -- that may put a damper on the offensive production of the Browns.

    I have the exact same decision to make + Kurt Warner as a third option. I am going with McNabb over VY and Warner, but only if McNabb practices and I read news that he looks good. Vince looked great this past weekend, but I'm not sold enough to give him the playoff start and the potential loss of Fitz and Boldin makes Warner less of an option as well. As long as Donovan is healthy, I think we can both look forward to a good game out of him. BTW -- I should mention that I also have Westbrook and the opportunity to potentially double up on FF points further increases my interest in starting McNabb.

    I've used stubhub for the last two seasons with great success. The 15% you lose is steep, but they make the transaction and shipping so easy its worth it to me. I'm busy and I don't have the time to deal with it. Even with the 15%, I've still ended up getting close to a 100% return on my original investment (averaged across all games). I suspect I could have made a lot more if I was so inclined, but I'd prefer to not add the risk of getting stuck with tickets I can't use.

    Count me among the very happy to see Wood return. It would have been painful to see him in a Red Sox uni -- I am really starting to have hate (read: jealousy) for all Boston teams.

    Of those 2, I'd start Maurice Morris. Is Kolby Smith available in your league? Holmes just announced his retirement so Kolby becomes the defacto starter in KC. The Chiefs get Oakland this week and the Raiders have been among the worst run defenses this season.
