    Warren with 2 starts in Iowa means he's back in 2 weeks which puts us in the middle of our current 24 games in 24 days stretch. They might be trying to get him to to take 1-2 starts right before the break.

    With his great ability to bunt and his strikeout tendency it just seems like that was the proper play. Not a fan of bunting, but I agree, that was the time to bunt.

    Meh at any given time just about any of us has said something rather meatbally. No problem with calling someone out for it, but the level of hostility goes a little too far some times.

    On my birthdate the 43-52 Cubs lost to the 51-44 Dodgers with a score of 3 - 5 in 12 innings. Tom Dettore gave up 2 runs in the 12th for the loss. Bill Madlock was leading the team with a .358/.389/.472 at the time.
