Why are people so hung up on the appeal story? He doesn't think he deserved suspension, he doesn't want to lose 2 days of pay, there's nothing wrong with him fighting it. There are going to be plenty of times the rest of the year where sitting for a couple days will more or less be a necessity. I don't see how I'm hung up or really complaining about it. Obviously I'd prefer if he'd take the suspension now, but he's got real reasons for preferring to appeal and knowing that a couple of games could be the difference in $10 million make them stronger.
