  1. SWEET! No more, "If you get the ball in the endzone, it's a touchdown!"
  2. Huh. Live I could have sworn I saw a bump (FSMW broadcast). Could be wrong though.
  3. And of course. 2 runs this inning scored on missed strike 3 calls. Who knows how many runs we lost last inning because of two missed ball calls last inning on Bradley.
  4. he did nothing wrong, but based on his reputation i agree. He bumped him and the ump was still saying something as Bradley walked off that seemed to be, "This ain't over." Also, his reputation won't help.
  5. I don't understand taking strike 2 when a flyball scores a run. Swing the bat on 3-1.
  6. He has had so many 3-0 counts already this year.
  7. Well, I don't feel so good about this inning anymore.
  8. Have to capitalize on that. Haha. Duncan's going to give those two runs right back.
  9. he's got a .537 ops career against us that's really really really awful like awful awful Wow! I kind of thought he did well against us as well.
  10. Are you kidding? He crushed that - just right at someone. he didnt really crush it. Actually he did. He didn't get under it at all and it was right at the CF.
  11. What part? My border guards are supposed to warn me of such occurences. Delivered and reloaded last night at P & G in Pineville around midnight. Over in Grand Prairie now. FUKUBOMB !!!! Do you drive an 18-wheeler? My dad works for Schneider and he runs a lot of P&G.
  12. I think he's sitting at 92 pitches. Lee hit that on the screws.
  13. That's a good take on a good 3-2 pitch. Let's get that pitch count up and get into the bullpen.
  14. Does anybody know what the wind is doing? They haven't mentioned it since I got home.
  15. The TV guys weren't really complaining, Ankiel looked back at the bleachers with a grin on his face after he caught a fly ball and they pointed out that you hear some creative stuff with Wrigley putting fans so close to the players. I'm not saying Ankiel wasn't getting taunted, I'm sure he was, but they act as if it doesn't happen anywhere but Wrigley. Not a big deal. It's just I find it interesting that they always feel the need to comment.
  16. Just drove home from work and the Cards radio guys were complaining about Cubs fans throwing Duncan's HR ball back. Then, I get home and turn on the TV and the TV guys are complaining about how Ankiel is probably listening to a lot of trash-talk from the bleachers. Why do they care so much? Do other teams announcers complain about rival fans as often as these guys?
  17. The booing occurred in the pregame when all the players and coaches were announced to the fans one by one. To add to what was said by manbearcub, Marquis and Gregg were also both booed before the game, and there were a smattering of boos for players like Miles and a couple of others. I really thought that was ridiculous, especially Rusch. What did he do wrong? Marquis was an adequate 4/5 starter for us. I was also disappointed in the lack of reception shown to Bradley.
  18. Would all the seats be replaced with outdoor his/hers bathtubs? :rotfl: Then everyday could be His/Hers Cubs beach towel day!
  19. "We're hitting the cover off the ball." "If the Cubs get a fifth starter..." Same here.
