I asked this in the game thread but nobody answered. I figured the guys that monitor this thread would probably know. Is Brad Snyder a defensive liability in the OF? I know he's not on the 40-man roster and Fuld is, but offensively it seems Snyder is much better offensively. Although, the OBP is a little low. -
Gomes looked like a little leaguer out there on that sac fly.

Poor bastard. Where you living? I'm starting law school at SLU, so I am living in a converted mansion across the street from campus on Lindell. It's right next door to that giant Moolah Temple. The neighborhood isn't the greatest, but I'm not far from the CWE. I don't have the internet up and running at my apartment yet, so I have to walk to campus to check my email etc. I thought I could get by not having the web at my place, but I've already talked myself into springing for it. so you're within walking distance of Pappy's. Lucky. http://www.pappyssmokehouse.com/ I'll have to check it out, thanks for the suggestion. I just went to Pappy's for the first time this week. Best ribs I've ever had. I thought they were expensive on their other meats for the portion they gave you. But the ribs were absolutely amazing.

touchdowns? Last time the CUBS scored 21 runs in a game.... Fri 18 Aug 95 in an 26-7 win at Colorado Go CUBS !! I'm not saying..... I'm just saying. I remember this game. It was at Mile High Stadium. SportsCenter sped up the highlight reel. Haha.

Wow. I have been on vacation so I have watched very little baseball the past few days. This is ridiculous.

I didn't see the game last night, but I know that I sometimes feel a little sick to my stomach/woozy whenever something hits me just right on the elbow. Maybe this happened to ARam. It seems to be worse a few minutes after it happens than right after I get hit.

If the Cubs nail this one down, it would have been amazing if they could have pushed another run across last night and won that game. A 6-1 road trip right after the break would be awesome. Unfortunately, that didn't happen.
