    Hosmer and Butler have less combined homers than Travis Wood. Butler's ISO is .039. And Billy homers tonight. The duo have tied Travis. A Moustakas 2B and a Butler HR on the same night is about as rare as it gets.

    Royals are 14-0 when scoring 4+ runs. They are 0-13 when scoring 3 or fewer runs.

    I think we need a random Cubs meltdown thread. Whenever you're feeling especially down about anything that has to do with the Cubs you input your meltdown in the meltdown thread. It would consolidate the meltdowns for future pleasure/misery.

    I really like Vin as well. He has his senior moments and is not near as good as he used to be, but at this point he is almost a national treasure. I watch the Dodgers often because of him. Also, Jon Miller is really good.

    Anybody know where you can find video of Glenallen Hill hitting a pitch down the line in FL when the ump told the pitcher to throw the ball because it was taking Hill too long to get into the box?     I posted this in the Ricketts thread, but maybe it is more appropriate here. Mully and Hanley are reporting that the Ricketts are considering selling a minority stake in the team to fund the renovations. Ricketts is going to be on the show later. Any thoughts on if this is good or not? I do not know how to interpret this. On one hand I would think that it is good because more cash will flow into the organization, but on the other hand I'm thinking #broketomricketts. Edit: I'm an idiot and missed this discussion entirely yesterday.
