I swear it's almost like they try to lose sometimes. A near triple play in the second, Soto jogging to third gets thrown out and that is followed out by yet another double play.

Hart is missing the plate by Marmol size amounts on some of these pitches. This might be a short lived stay in Chicago.

5 scoreless IP now with 1H 0BB 5K. The ERA is all the way down to 2.95. That's his final line. -
I'm not sure why, but watching Gonzalez pitch makes me want to punch him.

I honestly don't remember Lou making all these ridiculous decisions the last two years. There were times he did some dumb things, but he's been dumb on a consistent basis this year.

I wonder what the record is for most hits by a team in 9 inning shutout. I can't recall a team ever getting to double digit hits and being shutout off the top of my head.
