Trevor Lawrence likely suffered a major knee injury. It's almost like being a pocket passer can get you hurt too. -
When a guy has to hold a .350 babip to post a 115 and 116 wRC+ and isn't a plus runner, I get very nervous. Fangraphs also had his defensive value take a huge jump last year which is more likely statistical noise than reality.

In a perfect world you trade back only a couple spots so one of Carter/Anderson is still there. To move anything beyond that would take a significant haul, as in a couple 1sts and a couple early day 2 picks for me to even consider it.

Frankly I'm just amazed at how many competitive games they've played considering the dumpster fire of talent on both sides of the ball. I knew it was bad, but yesterday really cemented the fact that, if not for Fields, this is pretty easily the worst team in football.

I'm so torn about the GB game next week. I hate Rodgers and I want the Bears to bury him, but a meaningless win could cost them 7 or 8 spots in the draft. I'm hoping Fields doesn't play so I can tilt toward favoring a loss.

Locking up that top 3 pick, but seriously he's one of only a few they couldn't afford to get hurt. It sucks.

Good regarding the legs, not good at all regarding the shoulder.

Honestly even if he turns out to by Ok I’d consider restong him next week. He needs a break. Or maybe just not run him 18 times a game Also would be nice to not have to wait until the season is almost over before they get a bye week.

His legs are shot and his shoulder is hurt, but keep running him out there for that 4-7 record.

The media says Fields can't run the ball so much or he's going to get hurt. He gets hit so many more times in the pocket then he does running that running is going to keep him alive.
