    There's no doubt they'd rather move Young and pay Sweat, but supposedly they were both available. I'd have to think Sweat would set you back like a mid to late 2nd in draft value.

    You take the gamble because if he's healthy this year, he's going to get a huge deal next year. It's a chance to add an elite talent.

    It's going to take a trade and a fairly high pick, like a 3rd to get him. He was the #2 overall pick in 2020, He was the defensive rookie of the year and a probowler. The last two years he has been plagued with injuries, but talent wise he'd be going #1 in the current draft. edit: He's also still only 24

    Chase Young's 2024 option was declined by the Redskins. That's a guy I'd love Chicago to take a gamble on.
