Yamamoto is the #1 priority, because as CubinNY said, they only cost money while filling a huge need. I'd say priority number 2 is a big bat at either 1B or 3B. I'm cool with Alonso if you can get it done without involving PCA/Horton, but if you're going to make a big splash using prospect capital then please grab Juan Soto instead and throw him at 1B. I was game for Chapman as a cash only addition but I've soured on him a lot. 30 years old, coming off a 110 wRC+ and hasn't broken 120 since 2019. He's a nice player, but not the impact bat the team needs. I'd love to take a chance on Moncada if he comes at a reasonable price. He seems to have worn out his welcome on the south side.
