  1. Here, I got it to let me actually use the link this time
  2. Who knows if he actually has this info, but he has over 2000 followers, so maybe?
  3. I wasn't a huge fan either. Of my lifetime, Len has been my favorite guy.
  4. If I remember correctly, they don't have a 2nd until something stupid like 2028. This team is in about as bad a place as is possible.
  5. Hot take, but there's at least a few of us who didn't think Vin Scully has good at all. Just nostalgic story after nostalgic story. I think it was either Raisin or Tim who didn't like him as well.
  6. Poor Starlin fell to the same fate that got Josh Vitters and Jason Heyward. Rather than be content with 15ish HR power, the hitting gurus felt they had to tinker with their swings in order to unlock more power and in the end it destroyed their swing entirely.
  7. Ok, here's something more realistic. Explain to me how BBTV believes 3 years of Freddy Peralta(64) is more valuable than 4 years of Justin Steele(59.4) when over 2022 and 2023 they've put up these numbers comparatively. Steele: 3.11 ERA, 3.09 FIP, 3.39 xFIP, 7.5fWAR, 9.30 K/9, 2.65 BB/9 Peralta: 3.77 ERA, 3.60 FIP, 3.50 xFIP, 5.0fWAR, 10.93 K.9, 2.99 BB/9 Peralta strikes out more people, that's all he does better.
  8. Barring some unprecedented overpay like the Orioles coming in and saying we want Steele, we'll give you Jackson Holliday, Grayson Rodriguez and Coby Mayo. I highly doubt he's going anywhere in at least the next 2 years.
  9. Imagine that, you bring back the same mediocre to bad team from last year and they're bad this year. Who would have thought? At this point I honestly think you could gather up all the ex bulls around the league and put together a better team than what they have right now.
  10. I don't think you understand what ceiling means
  11. They're going to have to make 2 pretty big moves just to get back to where they were last year filling in the holes of Stroman and Bellinger.
  12. I'm bored, and I think people are already aware of this, but this is why the baseball trade values site is almost entirely worthless.
  13. Absolutely shocking to me how bad Dalvin Cook has gotten and how fast it happened. In 2022 he rushes for 1174 yards(4.4 YPC) and catches another 295 (7.6YPC) In 2023 he's barely getting any touches averaging 3.3 rushing ypc and 4.7 yards per catch. He's unlikely to reach 500 combined yards this year.
  14. In a seemingly impossible feat, Boyle actually seems to be worse than Zach Wilson. 7/10 for 35 yards in the first half against a middle of the pack pass defense. That end of the first half.......good god.
  15. Did you miss where he was a plus defender at 3B this year?
  16. Detroit laying an egg for the 2nd week in a row and I doubt GB is as terrible as the Bears in the 4th quarter.
  17. Gold gloves mean next to nothing. He was literally the worst defensive 1B with at least 200 PAs in 2023.
  18. Was awesome, but continues to get worse each year. You could literally put Morel at 1B and probably get better production.
  19. I've seen this reported several times in the last week and a half so unless they're playing together every couple days, I feel like this is questionable.
  20. I know Nootbaar is half Japanese, but does he speak the language well, because I assume that's kind of the whole point of wanting to play with another Japanese player. From everything I'm read, he's extremely basic in his Japanese, so it would be like talking to a baby.
  21. So predominantly would mean of the teams previously linked to Yamamoto, CHC(Suzuki), Mets(Senga), Blue Jays(Kikuchi) and BOS(Yoshida) would be the only ones with Japanese players on their teams, leaving LAD, STL, ARI, DET, SFG and NYY on the outside looking in.
  22. This is what Toronto fans think is fair.....
  23. Are you saying all 3 of them? There would basically be no farm left after that.
  24. Horton definitely not, PCA probably not, Alcantara I'm willing to let him go.
  25. I'd be pretty pleased with this
