    Heard something on ESPN (maybe SC) last night about how the Yankees (surprised to see ESPN talk about them) were having discussions about getting him, but he can't get his fastball and slider right. If I remember right they said the slider is sitting around the high 70's.

    I was at Steak 'n Shake today, and saw a guy with a Kosuke one. Just FYI, they are out there. mmmmmmmmmmmm, steak 'n shake I know, right. Once a week Tiffany (the server @ SNS) hooks me up good with a double steakburger meal (comes with 2 sides and a lrg shake) :D

    Hopefully Fonzie can hit like 4 HR's in these 3 games (see Ryan Ludwick) and we beat them into the ground.

    Thats a good thing. I thought it was weird though that he said it hurt while he was playing catch, but not while he was pitching...

    That's my understanding, but that also is assuming the Cubs want to claim him, which might not be the case.

    Of course he did. That's what the whole organization and their fan base is all about. Hell, they flew an L flag in their front office after they won a game against us at the Cell. Hillbilly's. It's amazing to me, since I don't live in Chicago, the stark differences in Cubs and White Sox fans. I just don't get it.

    2 extra tickets for the Aug. 23rd or 24th against the Nationals or Aug 30th or 31st against the Phillies? My uncle from Colorado is supposed to be in town, and took me to a Rockies game in Denver when I was visiting him, so I wanted to try and return the favor. Thanks!

    NL Central Cubs Brewers NL West DBacks Dodgers NL East Phillies Mets Marlins So if Cubs and Brewers get in, we are sure to play the division champ from one of the other divisions. Other than the DBacks, I would be ok with any of those teams. But, if Brewers don't get in and we win the division, we would play the Wild Card? (assuming we have the best record in the NL) Which will be from the NL East? If someone can clear this up for me, I would appreciate it.
