Not to defend the Nationals at all but from their viewpoint the Nationals need to win both game 4 and game 5 so what does it really matter if Srasburg starts today or tomorrow? End game is to win the series. Is it really much of a drop off by going Roark/Strasburg rather than Strasburg/Gio?
