    I also wonder if another benefit of staying in MB is to boost confidence a bit before bumping up a level. If they're already better than hitters at low-A, a month of starts getting sharp against lesser competition may breed confidence heading to high-A

    If it all falls apart this year and the plan is to take a QB with either top pick that we have, Poles and Eberflus need to go. We don't need another, "well, maybe this guy needs to draft his own QB" because they could have done that this year and chose to roll with Fields. If he sucks, it's an indictment of their evaluation/coaching skills and they both need to go.
