i'm telling you, that's not matt lawton. There is no way a player's approach to hitting changes that drastically after one trade. Unless there is some sort of Clockwork Orange visual torture where they make their players associate walks with rape and murder... One of my favorite movies. Stanley Kubrick is/was one of the greats. carry on. Word of advice. Read the book. It's awesome.

that's been true with jeromy all year. Or at least during his struggles. He can't hit the inside stuff, and they seem to give pitchers about 4 inches outside on him too.
Dear Cubs, You now must score at least 2 runs. It is imperative that you do so, lest I seriously injure myself trying to crawl through my TV set to strangle you all. Love, Derwood
Nicely played Walker! NOW is the inning where they leave the first two runners on base. Such patience from these Cubs hitters to save the LOB till the 4th!
Flip over to Comcast or TBS. I decided the ESPN guys were too horrible to listen to, so now I have The Chipster calling the game. Hit me with the hyperbole Mr. Caray! That is downright weird. i thought they blacked out the superstations and let the national media have the coverage? WGN always is blacked out and I'm stuck watching Cubs/Cardinals on FoxSporst Midwest? That makes no sense. when I was in Chicago, it was just the opposite. ESPN went to ESPNews and CSN or WGN had exclusive coverage.
