    Yeah, I feel that these things can be kind of arbitrary. Is this really arbitrary? Only 5 players have hit 600 or more HR's. Only 5 players had hit more than 599 before last night. I get that we like to keep track of things by tens but it really had no signifigance to me. If he passes Mays at 660, I think that's signifigant. exactly, the milestone was 587, which was when he passed Frank Robinson for 5th place all time. 600 is just another HR between 587 and 660
