    I disagree he needs to work on plate discipline. It isn't his fault that umpire blew that call. I love how Marquis can't hit for us either. he did that "jump away" move to a lot of called strikes inside in his last call up

    so naive. Sadly I think you are right. In a perfect world he would be a great backup and mentor to Soto. Worst case scenario is that Soto falls on his face and Kendall takes over. But I think we all know that if he is to be re-signed then Soto would get no real shot. the naivete comment might have actually been to the 1-year deal. you know hendry is gonna offer $15M/3. it was actually directed at the notion that Lou would bench Kendall in favor of Soto

    bonds is not a team player, but it has nothing to do with money. it has to do with hamstringing the team with his inability to play entire games, two games in a row, etc., and pulling himself out of games when the team needs him the most

Lots of gay jokes and what not. ah, i somehow read that exchange as you getting into it with IMB! Hence, my confusion ...off to desipio to make fun of losers.... ...and this is what I learned: I'm learning all sorts of thing about baseball there!
