Is it safe to use bhogg...we did lose today. I think we should, obviously, go with the guys who had the best records in the regular season. The list looks something like this: Playoff Options: -Bhogg (obvious) -UMFan (8-3) -Southpaw19 (7-1) -soccer10K (7-3) -Flames24Rulz (6-4) -Cubbies75 (4-1) People who should not be allowed within the first five posts of the thread: -CT Cubs Fan (0-5) -Vance the Cubs Fan (0-3) Dude, I'm so getting the shaft here. 7-2 suckas... i knew we missed someone. Bullcrap, you don't know that. You're making a totally uninformed guess. In fact, if anything, you should be giving lou CREDIT for soto. As soon as he was called up, he played him. Soto got hot, so he kept playing him. You can't ask much more than that. As for letting Soriano lead off, he tried batting him fifth a few games, he sucked. And the whole "leadoff" man thing gets blown out of proportion sometimes. Outside of the first inning, it really doesn't man much, except that the person in that spot is almost guaranteed at least one more at bat than those lower in the lineup. Isn't it a good idea to give him more AB's? Especially when he's hitting like this. ignore him, please. the number of his opinions that i don't agree with is off the charts

You might just get your wish. Padres are getting blown out by the Brewers. Just need Colorado to win today and then tomorrow in the playoff. they'd face Peavy in a one-game playoff though
