where Tropicana Field would have had 20,000 Cubs fans booing the Astros aka more than attend Rays games yes, but the point is, ANY "neutral" field for this series (outside of, maybe, Arlington) would be at least 80% Cubs fans if not more
I really hate the poll system. it's such total crap. It's pretty obvious to everyone who's not an SEC homer that Missouri is better than Georgia. But hey, Georgia won (who cares that they looked like crap doing it) so we'll just drop them one spot. And I know I'm biased here, but Penn State is definitely a better team than East Carolina, Auburn (3-2, LOL) and probably Texas Tech. They really need to banish polls until after week 6 of the season
If OSU goes 11-1 I hope that they don't use the Wells didn't play card on why they lost 1 game. Vance...LSU has a lot of talent but they have to play somebody out of conference. That's why I was really hoping USC didn't win a close one because then OSU could have played the "if we had Beanie" card. But no one player can make up a 32 point difference in a football game. exactly. OSU's O-Line got blown up. Beanie wouldn't have been much of a threat
Supply and demand. Minor league tickets cost more than $10. Really? I got front row seats next to scouts for $8 at Rancho Cucamonga. That's how much it costs for tickets to sit in the outfield grass in the Texas League. They are usually around $18. Don't even get the option for front row, although last week Nolan Ryan was sitting right in front of me in the front row. I guess that's why. On the flip side, Rancho is only high-A and I'm sure you have to keep low prices to attract Angelenos. Tampa Yankees tickets I think are less than $8 and when you leave they usually give you buy one get one free coupons for the next game. Even with that there are hardly any fans in the stands for weekday games. I usually only go when they are playing Daytona. but the Yankee spring training games are like $20 or $30
But not on WGN all over the country probably. Huh? How would it not be? very easily. WGN Chicago and WGN America are not at all the same programming. There were plenty of Bulls games (in the past) that were on WGN, but only the Saturday games were national
