    I'm rooting for MSU because the only person I have any level of emotion for that's better than 'totally detest' in the UNC program is the criminally underrated Ty Lawson. Same here. I really want Hansbrough to go out on a loss Aren't you a Duke fan? If so, then you want every UNC season to end with a loss regardless of who is on the team. Well I said same here about only being able to stand Lawson.

    I'm not delusional. I'm passing on what the Commercial Appeal is reporting. If you actually believe Memphis has more than a snowball's chance in hell of landing Pitino without drastically improving their basketball standing, you are being delusional. No way am i delusional. I really believe that if Phil Jackson turns them down, Pitino's coming. Phil Jackson?!?!?!?!

    In a defense, defense, defense draft for the Falcons, The Atlanta Falcons select S Michael Hamlin out of Clemson. We need help at that position after Milloy left. This is the third consecutive pick in this mock draft that the Falcons take defense. I briefly thought about Iglesias at WR.

    what, he might leave early to play in poland? he won't have a good NBA career, but that doesn't stop players from leaving early. i just don't think singler will be able to fool people into believing he'll be a decent nba player, a la mike dunleavy Hopefully. We'll see.

    I posted this in the NCAA tourney thread, too. This was probably a more relevant place, though. Seth Curry decided to transfer to Duke!!! I played him in high school, too. http://sports.espn.go.com/ncb/news/story?id=4026095 Assuming Harrison Barnes signs with Duke (likely), the 2010 team shapes up to be very good for Duke, after a down year next year. If Singler stays, it will be that much better. PG Nolan Smith---Tyler Thornton (#54 Player, #14 PG) SG Elliot Williams---Seth Curry---Andre Dawkins (#34 Player, #11 SG) SF Harrison Barnes (#4 Player, #1 SF)---Andre Dawkins (#34 Player, #11 SG) PF Kyle Singler---Josh Hairston (#14 Player, #6 PF)---Ryan Kelly C Mason Plumlee---Miles Plumlee We also might pick up Brandon Knight, the #1 or #2 overall player in that class to play point. Obviously we won't keep Singler and pick up Knight and Barnes. But if even two of those happen, Duke should be a top 5 team. Next year will probably be a little rough, though.

    At least Green doesn't whine after every call that goes against him. Green doesn't get front page stories published about an apparent conspiracy about him. True story, earlier this season, the N&O had a front page story that basically said that referees should be calling more fouls on Hansbrough's defenders. A sidebar included two stats. One had his average FTA's per game by season. It was down maybe 2 shots a game. The other had the ACC leaders in FTA's per game this season. He was still winning by about 2 shots. They still ran that article
