    That's why I'm glad he is where he is. I remember people here clamoring for him as the hitting coach for the big league club, but I much rather prefer him teaching and molding the young kids than dealing with major leaguers.

    The shocking thing in all of this is that Fuld thinks Eyre is 220 lbs. Edit: My bad, I thought Eyre was a lot heavier than 220, but he's apparantly listed at 217.

    Psh, why do we need Merrill when we have Neal Cotts? I'd say George Sherrill is better than Cotts but it's speculation that the Cubs are after him. I was being sarcastic but whatever.

    Hahaha, nice. Dempster should take him on in his Captain America costume. As inconsistant as he's been on the mound, Dempster is still awesome.

    Critics of the stadium want the cloth/cover to be bright yellow. Now that is ugly. Contrary to some, I think the stadium could look pretty cool when it's finished. Though I do agree with Roast in that it will this stadium's new catwalks and could cause some problems for popups and flyballs.
