nice cut. well, that was a hotly contested fantasty baseball matchup. usually doesn't go down to the wire like that with dueling closers in the late game...even facing the other team's hitters with the game on the line. honestly though, the most important thing is that jd drew was safely tucked in bed by 8:30, tummy full, wearing his jammies and spooning with his [expletive] ass brother.

who are you, jim hendry? that's the worst plan i've ever heard...it smacks of "let's be competitive within the division." the cubs have the resources to be a dominant team...it's idiotic to settle for 84 wins and hope for a lucky postseason run. -

these shitty bullpens that are dragging out the col/cin, stl/hou, sea/tex games are brutal. also, there is no way drew plays tonight. his [expletive] little brother took the day off too. the day to day drew sisters are killing me. holliday k's on a ball in the dirt. single for lopez.

i was following it earlier, and i noticed that sheets' points changed (adding a bunch of points), but, for some reason, i'm not sure if the overall point total changed. who knows.

friggin' lopez just missed a grand slam by two inches. man, gaudin is tempting fate. at least two baserunners on in three of his four innings.

Won't matter unless Gaudin implodes. i wish they'd just take him out right now. he's been walking the tightrope all game. my bats woke up this week...15 homers. quite the slugfest, as you had 11. neither team's pitching was too hot.

f'in pujols. just get that game over with already. if that game wasn't in houston, he'd have four homers...he had two flyouts to dead center, one of which pence had to scale half the hill to catch.

:D i don't think anybody from your original team is left...i think blalock was the last one, and i got rid of him at the end of last year. i was sad to see him go. i kinda remember inheriting pujols from that team...i think i traded him to tim in a huge deal that got me tejada back when he was driving in 150 runs a year.

I didn't call you any names. I think it's obvious that I didn't score points because Kennedy didn't show up in my line-up. I did make the move, Kennedy was in my line-up and I didn't score his points. So rather then causing a mess, I dropped Kennedy picked up Garmano and took his start. I ended up w/ 9 pts rather then the 27 pts I should have received. Meh, I swear I switched out Dan Johnson for Conor Jackson before the week started. But I must not have saved the change because it didn't register. So I lived with the consequences. I'd love to have those additional 13 points right now. you're not the only one to make some poor managerial decisions...i have a boatload of pitching points on my bench right now. stupid martinez. i just need one good start and one decent start and maybe i'll be all right.
