can't believe i haven't thought of this until now...move soriano to the mound. everyone admits he has a great arm. if he's pitching, neither his inconsistent bat nor his bad defense will hurt the cubs. -
well, as of now, nobody's earned cf, so it has to be "handed" to somebody. may as well be the top prospect and not other teams' scraps like johnson and edmonds.

the obvious solution is to trade ramirez and move soriano to 3b. duh. -
i was at the i-cubs game yesterday, and my friend and i were wondering if marshall, pie, hill and murton just sit around and bitch about the cubs all the time. they probably do.

Um, no. You don't trade your best player or let him walk so somebody else can move to his position. you're wasting your time. the whole idea is ridiculous and everyone on the board besides him knows it. it'd be like if i argued for sending ramirez down to AAA and signing kevin orie to play 3b. it's so stupid it's not even worth your time arguing about. -

obviously i'm the last person that anyone has any sympathy for, but are there any guesses as to how i went from up .25 at 11 pm to losing by .75 at 1:30 am? are any other points changed later besides errors?

two [expletive] losses by 1.5 points and .75. unfuckingbelievable.

what the [expletive]? i was down by less than one going into the night game. then ajp struck out and grounded into a dp and i was up .25 or something. now it has me losing by .75. and nobody in my lineup had an error.

i haven't heard anything about hill's status. he was put on the 7 day DL, so i'm sure he's eligible to come off. is he still hurting or are they just giving him additional rest?

You're a law school grad who can't decode a common usage of "smart" really? And you think that "foolish" is the antonym in this case? since the usage of the word "smart" made no sense, i didn't know exactly what the proper antonym was. sorry.
