right, but clemens didn't have a broken arm or whatever the hell sheets has.

I'd imagine this is like the Clemens situation of 2 years ago where you will have to keep him on your active roster and can't DL him because he's not even on a team's DL. ok, that sounds kind of ridiculous.

ghs trades its 2009 8th rounder to nsbb for nsbb's 2010 6th rounder. ben sheets for my 7th round pick.

seeing how people seem to be scrambling to fill their rosters, i'll make my 7th rounder (next pick) and 8th rounder (fourth pick of the round) available. i'm inclined to keep my 7th rounder, but i'll probably dump my 8th rounder for the best offer...looking for picks in next year's draft or prospects.

I can't agree to that.. :) I think you have ample support here though that says the people agree he's exempt. I haven't gotten a response back from Juan yet. Do you want to wait to make it final until I get the clarification? juan picks in four picks, so he nixes it, we can just go back to my pick. everyone cool with that?
