    I do not feel the same way. Losing to an inferior team like NJ a few yrs ago sucked, but Toronto was a much better team then their record suggests. The fact that they took 3 of 4 from the Bulls this yr should tell you that they played the Bulls very tough this yr. That New Jersey team made the playoffs and even advanced to the second round. How are they worse than this years Toronto team. Oh BTW, the team NJ beat in the first round was none other than Toronto, with many of the same players. True. That NJ game was on the road too, wasn't it? The way this team was playing at home, particularly lately, made this a very dissapointing loss. I don't actually want them to lose, but I'm just pissed at the way they played. Seriously Brad Miller, why are you shooting 3s in the fourth quarter? EDIT: And I just looked it up and NJ won 3 of 4 from the Bulls that year. So yeah, it pretty much was the same. I've calmed down/sobered up. Go Bulls!

    Two reasons. 1. I don't know when Weiters is going to be called up. 2. Snyder isn't do anything so far this year and trading an OF for a C would allow me to drop Snyder and pick up a setup man so I can compete in holds. Basically I don't have anyone to drop to pick up a setup man, but I have 6 solid outfielders that can only play 4 spots (which includes the Util spot) so instead of dropping one of the outielders I would use them to upgrade from Snyder to Sandoval/Posada and then drop Snyder for a setup man.

    Didn't want to start a new topic but I'm thinking about trading an OF for a C and wanted some input. Basic 5 cats plus OPS. My outfielders are Soriano, Dye, Hart, Nelson Cruz, Adam Lind, and Elijah Dukes. I start 3 OF and I usually put 1 at utility. I have Weiters as my catcher once he comes up and Chris Snyder starting at C now until Wieters comes up. So I'm thinking about trading either Lind or Dukes for either Posada or Pablo Sandoval. I was big on Sandoval but he's gotten off to a slow start (only a week so no big deal) and his eligibility at 3B and 1B would be useful to have him as a bench guy when Weiters comes up and rakes like I'm expecting. So...question is which OF would you rather give up and which catcher would you rather trade for? Thanks for the advice.

    Yup, we lose the tie breaker to Philly. Tomorrow's game against Detroit is the biggest regular season game for the Bulls since the season ending game in NJ two years ago that dropped us from the 2 seed to the 5 seed. Thanks for reminding me of that. Very depressing day that was.

    Why would they hit Reed Johnson to put 2 on base for Ramirez? I think they care more about winning than hitting a batter for making a good catch. Maybe not though...

    This reminds me of Mario Baseball where if you put two characters that liked each other (like Mario and Luigi) next to each other on defense or back to back in the lineup, they played better.

    Although they didn't do it tonight because it was mid-game, Lou has repeatedly said that Hoffpauir will get most of the starts in RF and LF when Bradley and Soriano aren't there. He would probably slide in there at 6th (although they might put Fontenot or Hoffpauir 4th for balance). I'm expecting Hoffpauir to start tomorrow. Woo! If Soriano wasn't so hot right now, I'd definitely sit in RF.
