  1. What is the direct link that jon posted used for?
  2. Prediction: Atlanta takes 3 out of 4 from the Brewers
  3. My guess is that he's had those season tickets for a long time and got them back in the day when you could get just nights and weekends. I'm not sure if I've seen him there on the weekend...but I know he's never there for day games during the week and always there at night. Anyone know if he's there on weekends?
  4. what was up with his running? He looks horrible.
  5. Please get out of this. We can score 3+ runs on the Reds bullpen...not sure if we can score 5+ though.
  6. No he catches that way more than 1/20, that's why I'm annoyed. He got a late break on it. I might be Jones's biggest defenders when it comes to his defense, but he's gotta catch that ball. I'm pretty certain I would have been able to make that catch.
  7. I'm a big Rich Hill fan, but this fanclub "it's never his fault" mentality is annoying. Why shouldn't we blame Rich for that? It's not all Hill's fault. Dont mind Theriot's lack of range, but if Soriano hits the cut off man, the runner stays at 2nd. Then even after getting screwed on the call of Dunn's double play, the runner would not have scored. Hill really wasn't pitching that bad. A lot of ground balls found holes. His lack of defense and ability to bunt are quite annoying and unnexcusable, but his pitching wasn't as bad as some are making it sound.
  8. True, but seeing as how the past 3 calls have all gone in favor of the Reds and the fact that he was indeed out by a hair, the Cubs should have gotten the call. No doubt about it in my mind.
  9. They came in thinking they were the better team, but they left knowing they weren't.
  10. Depends on the severity. A "forth degree" sprain is actually when the ligament rips and would require surgery. Add in the fact that he has had knee problems in the past, and he would likely miss most of, if not all, of the season.
  11. Wouldn't mind seeing him as a DB coach or something. He's a smart player and a really good person. Hopefully he isn't done yet, though.
  12. He's a lot like Kerry Wood to me. You can see the frustration in his face and you know he wants to be out there and loves playing. He's a tough competitor and the heart of the defense. The defense really fell apart after he was taken out. I don't think the reason was because of Brown's injury, but it makes you wonder.
  13. What happened? Initial diagnosis was sprained knee. When talking about it at the end he started to break down and cry. I guess he thinks there's a possibility that his career is over.
  14. The Mike Brown interview was pretty sad towards the end. I feel bad for the guy.
  15. I got that combo in my other league. I love it.
  16. I agree with Wolf. I wouldn't mind it if the keepers were raised to 4.
  17. Yeah, I saw Tourgasm as well. I think he was the 2nd best comedian there though. I don't think what he did at Tourgasm was his best stuff. A lot of people hate him and I don't understand why. Yeah, he's kind of obnoxious and I don't like his on stage antics all that much, but a lot of his stuff is actually funny. I think a lot of people overrate him, but I also think a lot of people severly underrate him. I can't listen to his Harmful if Swallowed CD and not crack up.
