Obviously, no thanks on Cashner, Jackson, and any other worthwhile prospects. I would not give up any top prospects like McNutt, Szczur, or Jackson. Vitters either. We really shouldn't have to give up any players, certainly not top prospects. As highly as Ricketts values the farm system, I doubt he'd give up guys like that anyway. If they want someone like Colvin, J Jackson, Barney, Coleman, DeWitt, Russell, or Campana they can have them, or even Byrd, Soriano, or Wells. If they want to move on to a new era, they go with Cherington and let Epstein explore other options. If they don't, then they keep Epstein. I would take Lackey, and a good portion of his contract. He's never pitched in the NL, so that could be to our advantage. I'd definitely take Crawford, but I don't think they're quite ready to give up on him.
