Not familiar with Tyler Bremmer, but have to love the 3/27 BB/K in 27 IP. Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but the former regime drafted him twice, out of a ... JuCo? ... and then Baylor. Off the top, I think his fastball tops out around 90. Throws a change, I think, that comes in around 80/81. I think he has a slider that comes in around 84/85, and a curve around 75-77. Off the top, none of the pitches, IIRC, are plus, and he might be more a guy with 4 average pitches. To be honest, haven't pondered him in awhile. Off the top, I think the change is his best pitch.
