    yeah, i really hate that aspect of it. i wish we were just a random opening day game instead of opening night. we will be a punchline everywhere that night and monday morning. not after we hit 4 dongs off wainwright and lester and our bullpen shuts those cardinal bastards out All those dongs will just delay construction further as they search for the balls among the girders and check for damage.

    It's certainly not just Chicago local. That is about all the Mets broadcasters will talk about during a Cubs game. And it has definitely been a huge topic when ESPN has shown the Cubs, although they probably haven't aired more than a handful of games during this pathetic run.
