  1. Completely disagree. He’s been about as good as you could hope from a rookie WR. These guys can’t be expected to be huge difference makers as rookies. He’s been fine, and showing signs of being impactful
  2. Their performance pre and post firing suggests otherwise. They played hard for Eberflus. They’ve quit since he was fired.
  3. They didn’t hate him, they were unimpressed with his dorkiness. He couldn’t lead. He didn’t piss everybody off
  4. It’s been pretty egregious. I assumed poles was fine until I read ten thousand stories about all the decisions he actually didn’t get to make. id be shocked if poles and warren are back together next year and I don’t see how Warren loses this game in the middle of stadium hunting season, when the only things Poles has going for him (talent on field) is awful
  5. It won’t be poles
  6. Caleb brought that holding call himself just throw the horsefeathers ball
  7. Because nobody can get near the qb, until now
  8. He’s inactive with a concussion
  9. It doesn’t help when you call slow developing plays and the ball carrier gets it 4 yards behind the LOS
  10. They are no good between their own 25-40, or near the 50. Or near the 25
  11. Would be funny if the arrogance of going for it on 4th in chip shot field goal range inspired a bears comeback. I appreciate that arrogance and may have done the same knowing the opponents weaknesses. But still…
  12. That was terrible
  13. Dirty Vikings try to injure bears offensive mvp
  14. Stevenson gets pick…, losing yardage on what would have been a. 4th down turnover on downs. Even good things suck
  15. 3rd and long is so easy against this defense. No pressure ever
  16. I’m not rooting for losses and draft pick location. I’m looking for the franchise qb to succeed
  17. There is no question that coaching matters in football. Personnel is more important but coaching matters.
  18. How are you still trying to figure this out when it’s been explained to you a dozen times?
  19. Two wins in 7 days, hawks are on a heater Chicago Blackhawks (@nhlblackhawks) • Instagram photos and videos WWW.INSTAGRAM.COM 1,149 likes, 12 comments - nhlblackhawks on December 15, 2024: "clutch. next question.".
  20. That can’t be the point of your post if we fundamentally disagree about the feasibility of actually using this many RF, 1B, DH types. I’m saying they can’t, and every mlb team knows they can’t. Hawkins’ words ring hollow to me.
  21. Blackhawks score first again, wonder how many islanders will score in the third to win
  22. He can say that all he wants but I can’t imagine anybody believes it. If Bellinger stays, guys are either playing out of position for one of your ~4 best hitters will be on the bench every day. It doesn’t have to be Bellinger, but somebody has to go and Bellinger is the best candidate.
  23. The trade, in and of itself, was not the problem. Ignoring pass rush aside from Sweat for three years is the problem. He treated Sweat like a final solution rather than another piece of the puzzle.
  24. They don’t realize that one piece away doesn’t exist in real life. ABA Always Be Adding
  25. I read that earlier, below is the relevant section: The Bears released Davis last month, a few days after what multiple sources said was a squabble with the coaching staff over his role for the Week 10 game against the New England Patriots. After practicing in full that entire week, Davis reported back tightness to the team medical staff on the morning of the game, was declared out and sent home on a day when offensive line depth was an issue. That was the final straw for Davis, who had been known around the building for more than a year as an “always something” guy and a poor teammate. It didn’t help that Poles signed Davis despite in-house warnings from the coaching staff that he had a reputation for being apathetic and lacking the kind of football passion Poles normally gravitates toward. That miss exemplifies Poles’ struggles to fortify the offensive line. Beyond Wright, it’s hard to pencil in any of the other four current starters as obvious answers for 2025. After Sunday’s loss, the Bears rank in the bottom 10 of the league in rushing and have allowed the most sacks in the NFL.
