  1. Those are awesome someone needs to start selling those pronto, let me know if you find someone selling them
  2. I'm pleased that they are calling Hendricks "the professor"
  3. Good little article on Bard's comeback: http://nesn.com/2015/03/ex-red-sox-daniel-bards-comeback-bid-with-cubs-takes-encouraging-turn/
  4. Did they just replace all of our baseball gods with minor league poo?
  5. I'm so ready to see a full everyday lineup that includes all these guys and Rizzo/Castro/Montero/Fowler
  6. Soler not in the lineup again today or Bryant *grumble grumble*
  7. Javy doesn't look like he's lowered his hands that much That was my thought as well. His hands are still up near his shoulders.
  8. What does this even mean. Im not even sure honestly... hopefully he figures out what's important and whats not is what I should have said.
  9. The problem with Baez is that he had a half a season to show some development and he showed no development. It's not an adjustment period if you do not adjust. I'm worried that he's so confident he's not coachable. Articles I have read seem to suggest the opposite most of the managers/coaches he's had rave about his coachability and if anything he was listening to to many people last year he was getting suggestions from everyone and it was overload. I think Maddon will be very good for him and this new coaching staff hopefully he learns to try and focus on the important things and simplify everything. In the end I don't know what will happen but I think he's got a very good shot at being an above average major league infielder and maybe much better. I think people should be a little more optimistic on him.
  10. I'm happy to hear that it's a last and final offer lol Sorry to quote a Bowden tweet
  11. http://www.baseballamerica.com/international/ofac-sends-letters-cuban-players/
  12. He's probably the best option for the #5 spot. This is a puzzling statement as he's probably the worst option. I like Turner, Wada, and Wood all far better than Jackson.
  13. The thing I'll remember most about him was his smile and he was always smiling. You could tell how much he loved the game and just being around it.
  14. I would trade all the Luis Valbuenas in the world to avoid this man. I don't care what his politics are. Is he good at baseball? shut up vinestal Its a nice shirt.
  15. I was going to ask about his defense... He had .375 obp last year and slugged .399. Maybe he's just a stopgap till Almora is ready. I guess Alcantara just becomes a utility guy? Can anyone share their vast wealth of knowledge about Dexter Fowler I dont remember much about him.
  16. Have you looked at his home/away splits? Scarry Home/road splits for Rockies players can be pretty much ignored. Why exactly would you do that? There's a documented effect that playing in Coors so much hurts you on the road because of how Coors messes with breaking pitches. Plus the NL West is full of pitcher's parks. ok I hadn't heard that before, interesting

  18. Have you looked at his home/away splits? Scarry
  19. This list is terrible, and who the [expletive] is Andrelton Simmons?
  20. somethingsomethingmodernRepublicanssomethingsomething Really take your politics elsewhere.
