Part of the silliness over Aramis' purported lack of hustle was that the difference 99% of the time was his being thrown out by 3 feet or by 5 feet. Soriano's speed, on the other hand, is the difference between him being safe/out and determines which base he ends up on. BTW, Aramis has hustled every game I've seen so far. I can think of 10 occasions off the top of my head where I've wondered why Soriano was giving up on plays before he left the batters box. Agree on Aram.
