    Like, you didn't know the origin of the word, or you didn't know it was an anti semitic derogatory insult? Both. I would have thought most baseball fans would have come across some discussion of the word given Enrique hernandez's nickname, but maybe its less known than I would have thought. Meyers grew up in podunk central Illinois, he definitely grew up hearing that as an insult, even if he didn't really truly understand it. Chances are though, he had to have known it had some anti semetic connotation. Or maybe he's just dumb.

    I will second liking Hulu live. There were some downgrades going from Comcast to Hulu (mainly having to do with the guide and ability to flip between channels easily), but overall I'm really happy to have made the switch. It does what it needs to do for me.

    Ok, so I'm not saying this is the only cause, but taken in conjunction with the Rizzo quote about not stealing signs, it would explain why the Cubs players didn't seem to benefit as much as others.
