    I was at the dbacks game tonight and sewald struck a dude out to end the game and all the lights started flashing and the board said dbacks win, but then the tigers challenged the call so they had to turn all the lights back on, and the strike was confirmed and the celebration resumed. It was really funny.

    I don't remember who suggested it, but if they think braxton is going to be healthy, a 1 year prove it contract to help him reset his market and to get the bears another year to develop a rookie/wait for trapillo almost makes too much sense.

    I mean, the game winning touchdown to DJ in the final packers/bears regular season game was supposedly a play they installed that week. They aren't shy about using new plays, and quite frankly they shouldn't be. It's what keeps the d from sitting on routes and the o being too predictable.

    On the positive side, thuney at let and McFarland at lg worked out pretty good for pass protection. So gives us some options for next year.

    Watching that replay it looked to me that the ball was still moving when the broncos player took it away.

    The thing with how this offense operates compared to a dink and dunk offense that has a much higher completion percentage is that it's just so much more aesthetically pleasing to watch. I'll take this and 55% completion percentage over a 70% shoop offense any day.
