That's a good guess, do love myself a two hearted. However, for a day of extended day drinking, I gravitate toward session ipas. And today it's a home brew I made. Very cool, all grain? Brewer my self, all grain, I do smaller batches - 2 gallons - think I'm going to try a recipe I created for a 1 gallon batch of a Scotch Ale. The whole take some of the wort boil it down to a syrup add back, etc. Nah, I just stick with extract, though I've considered switching. Gonna wait until my kids are a little older. I am looking into building a fermentation chamber though, specifically because of this beer. Recommend fermentation temp for this yeast was 80, and since I couldn't hit it I lost out on some good fruity esters.
