  1. LOL-and me-I'm not sure why I believed, but I did-it's looking like I really messed up that little section of the bracket unless Wright State can come back.
  2. Good half by the Hoosiers. Also, a nice job by Wright State to at least make it competitive again so far against Pittsburgh-Pittsburgh was up 13-0 at one point, and it certainly was possible that Wright State could not get back within 10 again. Even if they get blown out later, that's still a good effort to get back in the game after that awful start.
  3. Yeah, they do-they lead the Big 10 in both 3's attempted and 3 point percentage. Their offense consists of either DJ White on a post up or 3 pointers by everybody else-they really don't have anybody who can drive it on a regular basis. Of course, 14 3 pointers this early is high-but they are hitting them, and that will cause them to keep firing.
  4. If it's the guy that it probably is, no-he has been suspended until at least next season.
  5. They made I believe 16 3 pointers against Gonzaga last year-they are going after that record. BTW, James Brown can't get anything right, and when they went back to Greg Gumbel he said that they were heading out to the North Carolina game, the "last tip of the night"-hey Greg, remember Pitt?
  6. From watching the first 4 minutes of the Indiana-Gonzaga game, it looks like it will come down to who can hit more from the outside-both teams want to be perimeter oriented.
  7. That hit was completely unintentional-but it would have earned Kobe a suspension if it was the NBA :D
  8. Neitzel just hit one of the most improbable shots I have ever seen-from the corner, he shot an 18 footer over a defender-it hit the top corner on top of the backboard, and then bounced directly into the net for 2.
  9. They just showed a graphic of the foul situation for Michigan State-one of the players was the guy who dislocated his elbow. I don't think he's coming back, CBS.
  10. Duke just had an obvious over and back violation and the referee was standing right there and didn't call it.
  11. Well, the 3 other games have been at halftime for the last 15 minutes.
  12. I've only seen a few Marquette shots hit the rim-half of their shots haven't been anywhere close, and they have 2-3 turnovers as well.
  13. It's the haves and have nots for the Cubs today-half the squad either has at least 2 times on base or at least 2 RBI's, and the other 4-Lee, Barrett, DeRosa, and Izturis are 0 for 10 with 5 K's and 2 GIDP's.
  14. Well, apparently Soriano started off with a triple. And then Jones singled him in.
  15. Officially, he has 2 errors now-I do agree though that he has struggled at times in the field so far in ST.
  16. That might help you-the occasional person has them going out in the 2nd round, but most people probably having them go farther than the sweet 16.
  17. Butler hits 3's on 3 straight possessions on way to a 6 point lead with 9 minutes to go.
  18. How many times will this be heard....Penn, now these are the REAL student athletes. LOL-I don't mind if they get a little face time there with those comments if they are paying 30k more a year to go to school then the other players in the tournament.
  19. He's actually very good at what he does...He creates controversy. Exactly-he gets lots of people to read his column without breaking rules-that's his job description.
  20. I thought about it-that's actually why I didn't pick Butler in the second round. ODU is a quality squad, but I think Butler will have something to prove today. I hated to, but I did. Butler has really slumped down the stretch. I justified it with the reason they slumped is because AJ Graves got tired and slumped-they played 4 games in 7 days 3 times during the season. The day after they won the Preseason NIT in New York they actually had to fly home and play a game at home the next day. It's been a week and a half since they played last, which is a huge break for them, and I think Graves will have a good game.

  22. I can't even get one window to work without it being choppy. Mine kept blacking out until I right clicked, clicked on options, and then turned my video acceleration down to half-it works great now. Of course, your system might not be fast enough either for it to run well.
  23. Once I got 1 all the way into the video player, I then opened a new window and then proceeded into the waiting room from that window. You can't have two different windows in the waiting room at the same time.
  24. Hooray for small sample size and making a judgment on one game. if you don't think any of the teams I listed would have given Louisville a better game today you're the biggest homer ever Wait, people are complaining about Stanford at 18-12 and you want Iowa at 17-14? Brilliant. forget Iowa. Syracuse certainly should be in there over Stanford Agreed. But I also agree that Iowa would have given Louisville a much better game. It's hard to tell-Iowa didn't give Purdue a very good game at all. Have you seen Stanford today? Yes, I have-and I saw Iowa do almost the same thing against an inferior Purdue team in the last game they played-what's to say they wouldn't do that again against a better Louisville team?
