    This did not stop Torre and Francona taking several Yankees and Red Sox when they were the managers of the AL. Yeah, but they did not repeatedly make it a point in the media that they would take as many of their guys as they could after reping every team. I hope out of spite that the White Sox don't make the World Series this year, and next years manager only picks a White Sox if they need a rep.

    More black and Latin players who can tolerate the heat, and lots of unproductive veterens to block the young players.

    Howry and Eyre are going to be mentioned in rumors b/c they could be the final pieces for a team like the White Sox. However, if I am Jim Hendry, I tell Kenny Williams that they are off-limits for 2 reasons: They are solid guys and they are in our plans for the 2007 bullpen, and we don't really want to help you guys win a World Series. The 1st reason being the main reason.

    Maybe I'm crazy, but Sarge Jr's catch was the greatest I've ever seen. EVER. Yeah that was sick. My top 5 web gems though are as follows: 1. Sarge Jr robbing the HR 2. Ibanez robbing that HR 3. Crisp diving to rob a hit 4. Rowand making that catch and going into the wall full force 5. Pierre robbing Bonds of # 714

    I would not trade Mad Dog to St. Louis unless we get an arm or leg from them b/c they are a division team. If the Sox want Pierre, go ahead have him. You can mask one bad OF arm (Podsednic), but you can't mask 2. Brian Anderson is playing like Pierre, but w/ a cannonball arm and better defense. I wouldn't want to put him near our coaching staff anyways. If we could get Anderson and Broadway for Pierre from the White Sox, I'd be willing to do it. We'd help ourselves and hurt the White Sox. Just keep them away from our coaching staff. Play Pagan in CF. This is where dead weight is useful The only thing I must say is Howry, Eyre and Dempster should be off-limits to the White Sox and Cardinals, no matter what, and off-limits to the rest of the league, unless it's an offer too good to give up.

    Iguchi's play wasn't that great. It looks like a web gem b/c he stumbled while throwing it. And no, him being a White Sox has nothing to do with it. I still think Pierre robbing Bonds of 714 was impressive.

    Before 2003 this was acceptable. W/ the White Sox winning it all last year, and the Cardinals and White Sox winning constantly this year, anything short of a World Series title is unacceptable.

    Guillen only selected Jenks and Buehrle. He selected Konerko as well. And he said Crede and Iguchi are 1st in line for injury replacements.
