  1. I don't really get that intentional foul. Oden was fouled before he was wrapped up and that never gets called as an intentional foul.
  2. I'm not sure "absolutely insane" gives that justice.
  3. Man. That was worse of a traveling violation than I originally thought. Not only did he take four steps, but his pivot foot moved a good foot in the middle.
  4. Traveling, but like that's going to get called.
  5. Making a shot or two would've been nice, as well.
  6. Bad, Butler. Bad. Make some FTs.
  7. This is bad. I can only wait for the day when networks will decide to not sacrifice decent play-by-play talent for using the same guy to do every sport. What a bonehead decision by CBS.
  8. The World Cup rotation could end before 2018.

  10. I was under the impression that there isn't a football-level strictness regarding those kinds of situations, especially when there's a split-second difference. Not usually, but when looking at a clock situation like they were, it is strict like that where the whistle is the absolute end of the play. But since the clock never even started, would that still be the case?

  12. CBS finally realizes that the refs had it right.
  13. I'd say this is shocking, but it really isn't.
  14. one second isn't going to make a bit of difference. It can make a ton of difference, but the call was right. It wasn't out of bounds until it was touched by the guy at the scorer's table.
  15. Right call by the refs. The ball bounced off the floor in bounds.
  16. Who the heck thought this third kit was a good idea!? http://ussoccerstore.com/newarrivals.html
  17. Yeah me too! Stupid ass econ exam. I HATE YOU ECON. I'd be careful with that kind of language around here... If it makes you feel better, it hates me too. It's too late. You already got Raisin going. My prediction for tonight: Tennessee wins by 9.

  19. A 93 mph backdoor 2-seamer that catches the outside corner is just a tad bit encouraging. Looks like this is another step, albeit a small one, for Prior's velocity and stuff.
  20. If the issue is whether or not they reasonably have the "ability" to spend more, MLB could theoretically implement a salary floor and force such GMs to either comply or sell their team. I'm not sure how many owners of low-budget teams would fail to be able to comply. Some may not want to, but it's within their means.
  21. That'd be awesome. RynoRules will be mentioned on the Citation Page with a link to this thread. Rules, R. (2007). Re: (Opinions) Baseball & A Salary Cap. Retrieved March 21, 2007, from viewtopic.php?t=39235. Or did you want MLA? There have been articles about profit and wealth of major league owners. Shouldn't be that hard to find.
  22. Surprisingly, only two f-bombs.
  23. And they're going to fall to the Clippers at home.
  24. Or how not to play a second quarter.
