Well crap. If Georgetown had lost first, I would have been pulling for Butler. Regardless, my bracket is officially dead. I had Georgetown beating Tennessee in the Final Four.

They're still down 2, right? Well, not still. They were just down 7. They're getting out of a timeout with 25 seconds left.

What a costly mistake by Butler. Of course, this game won't mean anything to me if Georgetown can't pull it out. I have them in the final game.

Wow. Tennessee got away with a goal tending there, I believe.

I think I saw 15 seconds of actual play over the last 3 times they went to that game. I keep having to switch the game I have up online.

Holy crap. Tennessee was holding for a last shot and traveled with 4 seconds left. But Butler can't get a shot off. They go to OT.

So far Kansas is the only 1 or 2 seed to have a remotely easy win. Texas didn't have one and Georgetown and Tennessee certainly won't have them, either.

Umm, Augustin just missed his first FT by over a foot up 2 with 1.8 seconds left. And Texas just barely survives.

Apparently Tennessee believes that the way to put Butler away is by taking a bunch of ill-advised, long-range fadeaway shots. What the heck happened to Texas' lead?

This should be a better day for my bracket. I didn't have either Siena, Villanova, SD, or Western Kentucky playing today, but I have wins for Texas, Tennessee, Georgetown, Memphis, Louisville, and North Carolina. I should still have my Elite 8 intact.

If only there were meaningless exhibition games in which Lou could see how DeRosa would look right now at shortstop. He's supposed to have super-sub capability after all, right?

You can't blame Drogba for blowing that chance in the 55th minute. He was decked before he could get the shot off.

At least both sides are playing hard. Despite the scoreless tie, it's been an entertaining game so far.

The live angle and replay(s) didn't really show anything to raise my suspicion. Of course, had the shot gone in, it would have only tied the game and UCLA still would have had plenty of time to set up a final shot. And I certainly would have favored them in OT.

Drogba had an amazing chance off a long ball but blew it with a terrible first touch in the box.

Huh. I thought they showed that the final was 51-49, but now it looks like it's 53-49. It was clearly after the buzzer, but if they didn't review it then, can they change it later?
