  6. Richard fears Milton Monopoly Bradley
  7. I suggest putting a Jack in The Box there. :)
  8. Watching it via Dodgers live FREE streaming feed on there MLB website. Working kinda slow though
  9. Im streaming this thing live at work on some program watching it for free..Hope this doesnt take a lot of bandwith and slow everyone elses computers down/ :D
  10. Is there anyway to stream this online without having the pay for the mlb audio thing?
  11. Marmol is far more valuable in that role of last year in the 7th and 8th when he was cleaning everyone elses messes up. There was so many times when he saved the game from the other team tying it or putting up a go ahead run from his nasty K's, popups, DP's and getting out of so many jams. Why not just put in Gregg when theres no one on base and it's not a nail biting situation?? It kind of still is in a way,but Id rather have Marmol in on those times when runners were at 2nd and 3rd with 1 out and he almost miraculousy got out of it every time.
  12. I don't know if Bruce's blog has been posted today but it looks like Guzman and Soto are lookin in real good in shape..I hope Guzman does awesome this year. he's got electric stuff, he just needs to learn to harness it. MESA, Ariz. _ If promptness means anything, the Cubs should be all right. Pitchers and catchers don't offcially report for spring training until tomorrow, but already, the two locker rooms at Fitch Park are teeming with players, most of whom had already worked out by the time I got there late this morning. Among the most impressive looking, from an in-shape standpoint, were catcher Geovany Soto and pitcher Angel Guzman. Soto, who has had weight issues in past springs, said he was "228-230" pounds. "I feel good, just trying to be in the best shape I can to help myself and the team, too," he said. Guzman, who has battled injuries the past five or so years, looks more muscled this year. We'll see if it helps; there's a job in the bullpen to be won, and Guzman is out of minor-league options. Among the others I spotted were Jeff Samardzija, Neal Cotts, Chad Gaudin, Randy Wells and Koyie Hill, who was indeed able to give a firm handshake with his mangled right hand. Hill showed up last year recovering from a horrific encounter with a power saw. During the regular season, he talked of having some of his fingers cut off if need be. But all five digits are safely in place, even if they don't all bend the right way or at the same time. Hill will battle it out with Paul Bako for the backup job to Soto. Rich Harden has been in and out the last couple days, I'm told, after a winter full of workouts down here. We'll see how that cranky shoulder holds up and how much "POP" we hear on the fastball when pitchers start throwing from the bullpen mounds in a couple days. Lou stopped in today, as did GM Jim Hendry. Both will meet the media tomorrow morning. We'll blog all day if we have to.
  13. I just listened to it..Weird hearing him say that when suposedly he was dying to be a Cub all offseason. MLB.com's Corey Brock passes along comments Jake Peavy made on XX Sports Radio in San Diego. Peavy said he's "dang glad" to be a Padre after an off season of trade talks. Peavy said he understands that business decisions led to a "crazy winter." Brock adds that GM Kevin Towers "has not had active discussions with any team regarding Peavy" since the Winter Meetings.
  14. You know when he's healthy when hes consistently throwing in the mid to high nineties..I always figured something was wrong there when late in the season he was throwing 88-92
  15. I typed in Milton Bradley and it took up my whole screen
