    This article just proves that Scoop is a terrible writer. It's heavily biased towards the Bears obviously, and the entire article is garbage. I'm also fairly certain Rex never said "When it's all said and done, I will have multiple Super Bowl rings." I'm pretty sure what he said was "If I have multiple Super bowl rings, I will be satisfied with my career," or something to that effect. Many players would kill to have the chance for one. Seeing as we are in this spot very early in his career gives him the opportunity to aim for a higher goal. How much would it suck to have his career peak here? Not literally, but figuratively. He could still have a great career but never again approach teh Super Bowl.

    Is the jinx for the big picture or anyone on the cover? This could be a case where both teams lose. Are we honestly going to start talking about cover jinxes? Jesus people. The only curse in the NFL that truly works is the Madden curse. Everyone know sthat. That's what Saints fans said last week when I put up the Brees cover... :) Correlation =/ Causation

    What, you mean you don't like the washed out highlights on "BEARZ BLITZ" and other Comcast Sports Net fine programming? Haha, I don't even have Comcast. I can watch lots of Cardinals stuff though on FSN Midwest :\ I get both here in Champaign, IL. All the Rams coverage is puzzling, considering I don't think most St. Louisians even root for them.

    I have to say I'm dissapointed in this thread. I expected it to be at 100 by one week, but I'm sure it'll be near 150 when we get near the Super Bowl as the hype constantly builds.

    The problem is every play can't be looked at objectively. A 15 yard TD run by Thomas Jones in the last 8 minutes of an 18 point ball game isn't worth the same as it would be in the first half, for example. We were kinda "padding our stats" at that point.

I thought he was being sarcastic as well. Yeah , I Guess, but he's still sorta implying he doesn't have to come up with any reasons why the Bears can win. Lazy ass reporters. Can't they stop being sheep sometime?

The Bears should be happy they scared the Saints into giving them 195 yards rushing. Damn its cold out there. That homefield advantage thing is just unfair.

    Ouch. Ah well, he'll be laughing all the way to the bank. And then he'll be out of the NFL. I sorta feel for the guy, but honestly, he's a pretty horrible QB. He's also made an ass of himself enough times that he should have the self-respect (or the shame?) to quit getting lit in public. So this guy has to hide in shame because there are pictures of him being drunk? And this hasn't happened to every other college student ever? Why should he be publicly shamed?

    That's just silly. You can't expect the media to miss a day of hype. Plus, with an 8:30 pm interview session they might miss dinner. :lol: It's still silly. If I were the Colts, I'd arrive an extra day late just to make 'em more mad. What's the penalty for showing up late I wonder? The opposing team automatically starts every drive at the offending team's 25 yard line :D Good, more time for the Colt offense to be on the field. 8-) 25 yards? No room for Rextacy to throw bombs to Berrian. We'd just come up with 42 yard field goals on every drive. We'd lose 42-18 or something. (All 18 points are on field goals)

    I'd like to say that Saints fans were nicer to our Qb than you meanie Colts fans. Lay off him! You don't want to be put into the same situation with egg all over your face from the "worst quarterback ever to play in a Super Bowl" Sexy Rexy is winding up boys. He's got nothing to lose if you declare him the worst QB in the Superbowl era. Whats stopping him from whipping it all out?
