    giving every indication of rolling over again this year . . . Rolling over enough to sweep us in the middle of August. Screw you, Astros.

    Yeah, but no Woody or Oswalt for the next two days. Um, and then Albers gives up 2 more runs. The Astros are down 4-0, with more probably on the way. (no outs)

    Came in lucky enough to see the home runs.... I see the Cubs are up to their usual business, stranding lead off doubles and such.

    At least we have some meaningful baseball to play. The next win we have will equal our win total from 05, unfortunately, I don't see us reaching 03 or 04's level of wins. :lol:

    I have a feeling this Cubs team is inspired and will take down the Reds and the Pirates fairly easily. Now, the Brewers also have to lose a couple games for us, could they do that as a favor, please?

    I'm glad the Bears game distracted me from the 9th inning. I'm sure if I did watch Ryan Dempster would have made it a lot more interesting. As it was, I'm happy. At least we won, and we wont the series pretty handily. Good job Cubs, coulda made it a sweep, but its really hard to ask that of you guys.
