  1. Nice job offense, I guess you can only do so much with so many second basemen literring your lineup I still hate you Marquis get the out already you doofus, no 2 out runs like last week
  2. Tell me about. We are looking at the brilliant "4 second basemen" lineup. We could push maximum density with 5 DeRosa-RF Patterson-LF Cedeno-2b Theriot-SS Fontenot? -3b
  3. I'm convinced this is because my brother surprised me with an Aramis t-shirt/jersey Friday Maybe I should burn it, its done no good so far
  4. jesus And I thought Ramirez could just turn on those inside pitches and crush them
  5. During the first game of this series I watched the Sox thumping while slurping on a Portillo's milkshake which, if you've been in the Chicago area, would know is delicious.
  6. round of applause for Marshall pitched very well please take Marquis' spot
  7. I had no idea Marshall had so few pitches so far Yeah not really against letting him go again, no need to work the bullpen and he's been pitching fine aside from the ridiculous Anderson home run
  8. I finally did it. I finally put him on my foes list. First NSBBer ever to make it on my ignored list. Welcome to the evergrowing club
  9. if we didn't give up a home run to :banghead: brian :banghead: anderson, we'd be in good shape here
  10. Lost in this is at least we are losing to teams that are pretty good. The Rays, obviously, are a very good team. The Orioles are above .500 and playing well, and the Sox are leading their division. When we start dropping games to San Fransisco and lol St. Louis lol, and I'll be worried.
  11. Didn't work a week ago apparently :-" They were just explaining that they went from challenging him away last weekend to challenging him inside this weekend. oh haha, i dont even have the volume on
  12. I think very few fans have been able to experience an entire year with no extended bad baseball. No you're right, and I don't agree with other people that this might be the other shoe dropping but its so painful For comparison, I love the Bears just as much as the Cubs, but even when they were scrambling around and giving up 300 yards to Adrian Peterson every other game it wasn't as painful as this
  13. Do Cubs fans deserve this? I know this is baseball, but why can't we have a few months where we don't have to put up with just atrocious baseball for an extended stretch?
  14. He's right in his prime years, taking walks, and isn't the benefit of a BABIP thats crazy high This isn't a mirage, this is just a craeer year for him
  15. [-X Double [-X I forgot he had a stroke previously, my bad
  16. Usually I agree with you and you keep everyone in line, but whats wrong with Theriot's .380+ OBP?
  17. where teh heck was theriot, why wasn't he coming back ugh lineouts
  18. I hate how easily Buehrle gets 0-2 on every hitter Why can't our pitchers do that?
  19. jesus buehrle works fast, i definitely respect that every pitcher needs to do this and we can finally dream of 1 and half hour games as the norm
  20. good job Fukudome, you probably should be out but you got decent wood on that and you hustled down the line
