Hendricks winning the Cy Young combined with the foregone conclusion of Bryant winning MVP would sate all my award desires for a lifetime.

I think that's overstating it a bit. He has an uphill battle and something like a no-hitter (plus the fact it'll dip his ERA under 2) would have helped his case immensely With that home run he's probably back to being a severe underdog
