I want everyone except Cubs fans to be disappointed that this is a low-stress, low-excitement thrashing Let's make this is a very unentertaining whooping in the Cubs favor and the game is an extended victory lap

I have found Miller in this series not all that intimidating to be honest. He's walked people, he's given up loud contact, he has, to be fair, K'ed a good amount of people. But he hasn't been an unstoppable menace, in my eyes.

Yesterday I was prepared to say goodbye to this team if things didn't go the right way Today I'm sad that no matter what this is the last baseball game for like 6 months and its starting to hit me.

Holy moly, its like the batting eye that Baez was starting to develop by the end of the season and in the playoffs just completely left him this series Couldn't have happened at a worse time

I'm confident in Edwards but in the playoffs he's looked more human than he basically ever did during the regular season I'm ok with Lackey out of the pen if we've exhausted the righties of Grimm, Strop and Edwards. I hope it doesn't get to that point, obviously.

Apparently Joe West calls the 4th fewest strikes in the league, which, I have no idea is an advantage to either pitcher (I guess probably bad for Jake and his wildness) but if ever there was gonna be a more offensive game against Tomlin, it should be today
