Those Rich Harden and Aramis Ramirez guys are pretty good too. Oh yeah definitely :good: . DeRosa has had so much impact in versatility, defense and surprisingly great offensive numbers this year. His impact has been bigger than Harden for sure, hard to say if he's been more important that Aramis, but he plays very well in ARams stead. lol...Mark Derosa is a nice player, but to say he's for sure been bigger impact than Rich Harden is silly. Hmm..would you agree to DeRo as 'best use of money' by Hendry? Well some of our impact rookies probably fit that category, like Soto, but that's not really a financial decision that Hendry had to make. As far as "best value free agent signing"...I could probably get on that one. The thing is, that aside from position versatility, I think fontenot is essentially the same player as Derosa offensively. Derosa has about twice as many AB's, and I know that doubling Fontenot's AB's wouldn't guarantee that his stats would exactly double, but it'd be close. I like Dero, and he's done a great job, and I like him on this team. I just think he's a really nice complementary player though.
