No disrespect, but it would really bother me if we lost Narduzzi to A&M. I have no illusions that MSU is a power program, but I would hardly consider doing the same job at A&M an upgrade...unless it is money. If that is the case than MSU should pay up to keep him. I don't necessarily think A&M is a step up in prestige from MSU, unless he is enamored with coaching in the SEC for some reason. You would definitely need to give him a nice raise if you want to keep him. I've heard rumblings that we may be willing to go as high as $750K if need be. On top of that, there are no state income taxes here in Texas.
