    Here at the Anatole. I've already been on MLB Network. Peter Gammons and Harold Reynolds were on live with a couple of guys I didn't recognize. Saw John Rhadigan (Fox Sports Southwest) and some white dudes that look familiar, but I can't place. The search for Theo continues.

    I'm pretty sure GM's talk well into the AM, if a situation dictates it to. Jonah Keri wrote a piece though, basically saying not to expect to see any GM's. You may see some writers though. Pretty sure Kevin Goldstein was tweeting from the bar late last night. I meant what day of the week, not time of the day. Co-worker was there last night. Said he saw Theo, Ozzie Guillen, Cashman, Mariners GM, Heath Bell, and a slew of writers.

    How long do the meetings last? I work not too far away and may go hang out at the hotel bar tomorrow night if everyone is still going to be there.

    Have we made an offer for Pujols? That's what a co-worker just e-mailed to me. Quickly scanned the last few pages but didn't see anything.

    That pretty much sums it up. All we need is pitchers and position players, but other than that were good. We certainly don't need a DH! WHAT ABOUT INTERLEAGUE PLAY?!

    Looks like Fedora is taking the UNC job. Troy Calhoun of Air Force is also rumored to be interviewing for the A&M job. Kirby Smart already has.

    Hearing rumblings that Fedora may be the leading candidate for the A&M job at the moment, but he has been offered the UNC job & they aren't going to wait too long for an answer. Louisville is blocking us from interviewing Strong and supposedly Mark Richt may be interviewed, as well. He may just be trying to squeeze more money out of UGA while he has some leverage. Bo Pelini allegedly expressed interest in the job, but I don't see that ever happening. At this point I would guess it's either Fedora or Sumlin.

    Hearing some rumblings that Charlie Strong is starting to gain some steam and that Strong, Larry Fedora, & Kirby Smart will be interviewed along with Sumlin. I still expect Sumlin to get the job in short order, though.
