He's a prospect with a far higher ceiling and chance to be a solid rotational player. The only reason he isn't showcasing it is that he's buried behind Deng, Brewer and Korver. Then why did he last until the 30th pick? Where was Jeremy Lin drafted?

Buzz Williams is a helluva coach IMO. Would have loved to see A&M hire him after Turgeon left for Maryland. Sounds like we went after him hard, but the cost (salary + buyout) was just too much for us.

A&M is definitely a unique place. Not for everybody. I like most of the traditions. Some are dumb. The Corps boys can be a bit over the top, though. Not always the best representatives of the university.

I'd hate to see the Cubs not play at Wrigley even for one season, but if that's what needs to be done then so be it. I'd prefer they play in Milwaukee over The Cell, though. Do it before this team gets really good. I don't want to say it would suck seeing the Cubs play in the World Series while Wrigley is not ready, but it wouldn't be right. If they were actually good enough to make it to the WS in 2013 maybe they could re-open Wrigley just in time for the playoffs. That would be a good story.

To be fair, they haven't lost a game to a team outside the Top 5 all year. Who have they beaten? Mississippi State is their only good win as far as I can see.
